Photographs taken with a scanner

Most digital cameras capture the whole scene in a fraction of a second, Michael Golembewski’s scanner cameras can take minutes to slowly ‘draw’ the picture. He has built his cameras from old overhead projectors or large format cameras and mounted flat bed scanners on the back.

His site has been down for a couple of years but it is back now and worth a look.
