This site has some nice examples and some useful tips including the use of make shift polystyrene reflectors as discussed in the last session.

There is also the Lastolite Website for custom made reflectors. They do ones like mine as well as some neat ones which can be held with one hand while you operate the camera with the other.

 This Website has some useful and cheap tips for photographic lighting, though keep the hot lights away from the polystyrene boards. They also show you how to quickly collapse a reflector (this skill is like learning to ride a bike and does require practice).
